Fred Bowlus is a professional music educator, clinician, arranger, and judge with nearly 30 years of teaching experience. Mr. Bowlus has taught band at all levels from elementary to high school in Colorado and Florida. Fred Bowlus is a professional music educator, clinician, arranger, and judge with nearly 30 years of teaching experience. Mr. Bowlus has taught band at all levels from elementary to high school in Colorado and Florida. Mr. Bowlus received his Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 2001, and earned a Transition to Teaching certificate in 2018. He is an active percussion performer with the Florida Wind Band. Mr. Bowlus has been an Innovative Percussion Educator since 2001. His Winter Percussion Ensemble was a 4th place finisher at the 2015 WGI World Championships, in the PSCW classification. Ensembles under his direction have earned many Superior ratings and medals. Since being at East Bay, the Jazz Band earned their first Superior in school history, and the Marching Band earned Superior for the first time since 2011. Mr. Bowlus has been the proud Director of the East Bay HS Band program since 2023.

Edith has been a part of the marching arts since 2017. Edith graduated from high school in 2020 from Freedom HS in Tampa, Florida. In 2019, her team placed 4th (competed in A class) at WGI World Championships in Dayton, Ohio. After high school, Edith competed with Tampa Independent in 2021 and 2022, making semi-finals in 2022. She has been teaching since 2021, all over the state of Florida.

Jonathan is a instructor from Riverview, Florida and current music education major at the University of South Florida. He is a member of the Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps from Rosemont, IL where he marches mellophone. Jonathan serves primarily as a brass instructor and has previously worked with East Bay High School & Jule F. Sumner High School band programs.

Sebastian is a visual instructor and choreographer from Riverview, Florida, and a Sumner High School graduate. He is an alumnus of Horizon Winds (2022, 2023), and has acquired 2 Winds Independent World Bronze Medals. With his marching experience, he has taught multiple State Finalist programs, such as Pasco High School (Dade City, Fl), Ne
