Welcome to the East Bay HS Band Program

The East Bay Band is dedicated to being a positive environment where students can learn and perform music at the highest levels, while also acquiring other invaluable life lessons. We put a focus on RESPECT. Respect for oneself, peers, staff, parents, instrument/equipment, and music in general. Without respect, we lose our team and will ultimately fail. LEADERSHIP is also really important. Leadership encompasses a range of smaller components, including responsibility, dedication, commitment, and professionalism, both in and out of rehearsal. Working hard and getting better each day allows us to arrive at ENJOYMENT! By becoming a respectful and disciplined group with a leadership focus, we can accomplish many things musically. This then becomes a positive and intrinsic feeling of accomplishment, promoting self-esteem and confidence at the highest levels.
